OUR CAMPUS
Our campus is located in Anchorage, Kentucky and includes both historic and newer structures as completed in our recent Capital Campaign. These spaces offer our parishioners a sacred and beautiful worship environment, as well as our neighbors live in the Anchorage. Gatherings of all kinds are hosted in our spaces each year. We hope you are able to visit and enjoy this sacred oasis.

THE CHURCH
The sanctuary of St. Luke's reflects the English gothic style in which the architect Arthur Loomis designed in the early 20th century. When entering, visitors are struck by the beautiful stained-glass windows that line the walls. Our 10:00am Sunday services and Saturday 5:30pm services take place in this space, along with weddings, funerals, concerts, and feast day celebrations.

LYMAN HOUSE
In 1997 the church expanded and purchased an adjacent property to the church which later became the main church offices. The space also serves as an additional space for smaller meetings and gatherings of various groups within the church. It is named in honor of David Lyman whose generous gift to St. Luke's allowed for there to be no debt associated with the purchase of the property.
NEW FACILITES
Over a decade ago, St. Luke's embarked on another phase of the expansion and beautification of our church facilities. Having outgrown the buildings from the 1950s it was decided that change was in order. After years of challenges including the pandemic, we were blessed to complete and open our new updated and expanded addition in the spring of 2022.

MEMORIAL GARDEN
St. Luke's is blessed to have a Memorial Garden adjacent to the sanctuary on our campus. Presently, there are two columbariums where members of the parish can visit loved ones. The space offers guests a beautiful space for a contemplative moment to pray, remember loved ones, and take a moment of peace and quiet.
Campus Map and Parking
St. Luke's is located in the city of Anchorage at 1206 Maple Lane in the eastern part Louisville and Jefferson County in Kentucky. Perhaps the best known landmark near us is the Anchorage Public School which is down the street from where you turn onto Maple Lane. Another landmark that is 'across the railroad tracks' is the well known restaurant Village Anchor.
General Parking Info
St. Luke's has parking available on both sides of the church. If you are driving via Ridge Road the 'upper' parking lot will be the first option on the right. There is handicap parking available and a ramp to enter the church and facilities. If you are driving via Own Creek Lane the 'lower' parking lot will be the first option on the left.
The lower parking lot has grass pavers instead of hardtop and also handicap accessible closer to the lower church entrance.
There are signs posted in all our of entrances for visitors for your assistance.

STAINED-GLASS WINDOWS
Our much loved stained-glass windows tell the stories of Jesus, his apostles, the saints, and the prophets of old. Our congregation is blessed with this beautiful and sacred backdrop for our worship. Each window was given by a parishioner in memory of a loved one and therefore hold a special place in the hearts of many in our congregation. Take a look below at some highlights from around the church and campus.
