YOUTH MINISTRY
Here at St. Luke's we believe that the youth are the church of the present not just of the future. In thinking so, we have developed a youth program that is rich in Christian formation, social programing, and service to our community. It is our goal to create a "safe place" for our youth to come and grow as individuals in Christ. We welcome you and your youth to come and join us during one of our meeting times. SLYG (St. Luke's Youth Group) SLYG takes place on Sunday nights and is part of our social program. We meet from 7-8 p.m. in Board Hall. Here we grow closer to Christ by playing games and by engaging in group activities. TGIW(Thank God It's Wednesday) TGIW is a themed bible study in increments of six weeks. Typically, on Wednesday nights, from 7-8 p.m.
 Our youth working at the 2007 Diocesan Convention. There will be no Youth Group this Sunday due to Mother's Day. I wish everyone a happy holiday! YOUNG ADULT ACTIVITIES We are working hard to create an active group of "twenty somethings" here in our parish. We have several members who are interested in developing this very important ministry to young adults. We meet for fellowship, discussion on current events, watch movies together and just about anything that we want to deal with.
